Welcome to our resources page! We have created a wide range of resources covering various topics related to young people and long-term health conditions. You can access them under the resources for young people and resources for teachers tabs. If you have any questions about our resources or are keen to contribute, please get in touch either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form on our website.
Our resources for young people include our "From me and my friends to you and yours" series and our Book Club, to name a few.
Our 'From Me and My Friends to You and Yours' resources are written to help understand different conditions, and the impact living with it can have on your life: physically, mentally, and emotionally. They have been written by young people for other young people, and for them to be able to share with their friends!
We know how important representation and seeing yourself represented is - so check out our Book Club for recommendations, and our Lending Library to see if there is anything you would like to borrow!
We have created managing Appointments and Transitions resources, because we understand just how difficult these things can be! So let us share our experiences and advice with you...
Our resources for teachers include guidance for primary and secondary level educators on teaching about disability and how to support students with disabilities. Click here to find out more.
